1. Who we are
Highsight is a brand operated by Sphere Link Innovations Inc., a company registered in Alberta, Canada, with a registered address at 1220 24 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6T 2M7, Alberta, Canada (“Highsight”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. The service
Highsight provides an AI-powered sales and marketing analysis tool, including ideal customer profile (customer description) generation, website and social media audits, offer optimisation recommendations, and related features (the “Service”), delivered via subscription.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
4. Subscription and billing
- The Service is billed on a recurring monthly subscription, processed securely through Stripe.
- New subscribers receive an introductory rate for the first 3 billing cycles, after which the subscription automatically renews at the standard monthly rate, until cancelled.
- By subscribing, you authorise Highsight to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to the Service through that period, and are not charged again afterward.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent; or use automated means to access the Service outside of its intended functionality.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, and materials that make up the Service are owned by Sphere Link Innovations Inc.. Your business information and any outputs generated specifically for your account (your customer description, audit results, action plans) remain yours to use.
7. Disclaimers
The Service provides AI-generated business recommendations based on available data. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, or consulting advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed. You are responsible for evaluating and applying any recommendations at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sphere Link Innovations Inc.’s total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
