Highsight subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds
Because the Service delivers immediate, AI-generated analysis upon each billing cycle, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the Service you paid for, contact us at team@thehighsight.com within 7 days of the charge, and we will review your request in good faith.
